    Heya everyone, call me Ty, I'm 19 years old, I've been doing TKD (ITF) for six years now and I have my 1st Dan. I've joined these forums so that I can participate in some of the really interesting discussions going on here.

    Look forward to getting good advice and giving some where I can.
