    I was lucky enough to film a long instructional video with my teacher Yang, Jwing-Ming at his retreat in California before the 10-year training program ended. Its available now on DVD and streaming and its got five hours of detail and exercises for anyone interested in this somewhat obscure topic. It took 15 years of asking to finally get this video made, and Im pretty happy with it. Im not trying to spam about my videos; this is a project dear to my heart that is such a small niche, I want to share it to others who may appreciate the insane amount of work and effort we put into these.
