    Thought I'd start training log.

    Deadlift

    3 Reps.

    50 Kg
    60 Kg
    70 Kg
    80 Kg
    90 Kg
    100 Kg

    Finisher

    As many reps as poss 20 Kg KB Clean-Jrk

    20 Each Arm

    Only did 6.5 mins.

    Welcome. Its good discipline to do this and great mutual support in the forum. Off to a good start with those exercises too.

    SANDBAG FLOOR TO OVERHEAD 75 REPS FOR TIME : 5:49

    2 MINS REST PERIOD BETWEEN SETS

    Before the heavier sets I do 2 16 KG KB Snatches per arm <Something Pavel T wrote>

    KB ladder 16KG-20KG-24KG

    Snatch/Press/Clean

    I use single KB and do each arm before moving to next weight. Once all 3 weights done, go back down to start next round.

    8 Rounds for time : 10:00
