5/15/13 - Bicycling (20 mins on flat tires), Standup sparring w/o weapons (30 mins no protective gear), Wooden post training (10 mins), Underwater wrestling (1 hr deep pool tapout) 5/17/13 - Wooden post training (10 mins), Focus mit drills (1 hr kicking, punching, trapping), Swimming pool (1 hr) 5/18/13 - Jumprope w/ weights (5 mins), Chainpunch w/ weights (3 mins), Shadowboxing (3 mins), Ground fighting drills (20 mins), Wrestling spar (20 mins street clothes, no gi), Gun and knife disarm drills (1 hr), Knife sparring (1 hr magic markers) 5/20/13 - Heavybag (5 mins), Speedbag (5 mins), Jogging (5 mins), Wooden stick sparring (10 mins w/ mouthpeices and eyegoggles), Swimming (30 mins), Freestyle Sparring w/o weapons (45 mins standup and grappling), Focus mit drills (1 hr kicking, punching and trapping) Been gone for a few days.
