Dont go too hard on the lesson, no injury's but cant see the taking it a little easy happening, never did with me lol.

Still not sure if he will do it at the om as he still needs to do some work to be ready but I will help him as much as I can

 

Congratulations! You should post a "I passed my shodan, yay for me" thread in the karate forum. I did, Llama did, it's kind of a tradition!

Good luck, you can take 'em! Been grading in stops and starts over the last few weeks, thought I made a mess of the sparring when I couldn't get past a ma-hussive guys jab but allegedly did well enough.

Well good luck and that is a distant memory lol, then most things are now!!!!

You have lots of time to train with all the grades you still have to take and will look back thinking why did I find that so hard lol.
