My friend who is disabled, is doing Aikido.

    I am Elena House. I have a friend who just start Aikido not long ago. She has cerebral palsy. I am so proud of her.

    Hello Joe,

    Thank you so much for the comment. I practice everyday.
    I noticed that someone mentioned Athens to you...do you live in Georgia? I do.

    My friend is continuing to do Aikido...she LOVES it!!! <3 Her family is very happy for her.
