I would say the exorcism of emily rose. Just the way she sometimes lays there with cold black eyes.......yesh! I dont believe in the hell/heaven and all that, but films like that make you wonder what if........FOR THE LOVE OF GOD WHAT IF!!!!!!!!
I think the last "disturbing" moment i had watching a film was Saw 3. It was kind of wierd, some bits were just gross, but i noticed other people in the cinema were just in their element watching it. Sickos!
I just watched Delicatessen, a French film.Here It's set in a really odd post-apocalyptic world, where food is scarce and they butcher and eat the new helper! It is a very very black comedy, very funny but also oddly disturbing! I think it was the sepia tones and the sense of being really closed in as you barely venture out of the building that makes it more disturbing!
