All staff positions are by invitation only. Please DO NOT ask to be a moderator. If you wish to join the MAP staff team simply become the sort of member that we are looking for. If we feel we need more staff at a certain level we will invite those that we see as being suitable. Integrity, an understanding of the role and the area involved, good communication and people skills and a high level of site usage are just some of the things we consider. If you are uncertain about what that means then you are probably not what we are looking for If we haven't chosen you please do not see this in a negative light. If you are right for the job - your time will come.
