Ok so so far I've had 3 meals a day and stuffed myself full of junk food of a sweetened variety when I can. I've not started lifting yet but it's been a busy week in work (can't believe I just said that!) but I'm going to start with a few pull-ups after asking my question. So how long does protien shake (H&B) last for as I've just glugged a glass that must be over 18 months old. Answers on a post card please x
I couldn't even find that but as it has the Frodo stamp of approval, as well as me already having some, it's going to get drunk. One think I can say, it's still horrible!
Glad you posted here as I've done nothing yet and it may just give me the drive to get off my bum and start eating right and training again. This Saturday I shall get up, eat porridge and begin x Honest!
i wouldnt worry about sell by dates dude, i buy most my whey already out of date for dirt cheap, i've never been ill, yet.

Ok!!!!! Did about an of lifting with 15 minutes on a bike to warm up. I'm doing 10 x 3 (or is it 3 x 10?) again as I'm a terribly vain person Last set of the bench press I only managed 7 but hey, it's all good! Finished off with a bath and now I'm starving, first time in weeks! Off out to get some milk as ive drunk all mine. oh yes, better get my dinner
More I move about the better its getting and it's the sort of pain that tells you you've done well. Now a massage....... Edit: settled for a bowl of porridge instead!
