Insulting beliefs? Richard mate you throw around a lot of spiritual words like honor, beliefs and such but that video was essentially you ****ing about with a sword and showing form that for someone with so many year experiance is quite appaling. I'm by no means a great martial artist, probably mediocre at best, but where does a sword come into mma?
i thin they should have glass on part of the mat personally. Swords would be over too quickly for my taste
I was topping up a couple of bags in the gym the other day. I suggested molten lava and broken glass but nobody else thought it was a good idea.

THESE are master swordsmen. Dedicated, disciplined and modest to a fault when you speak to them. Light years away from that egotistical posturing . koyo
