i noticed that i woz class at wrestling when i woz medatating and even beating the big guy sometimes but i stopped and went downhill wot are ur opinions and could u tell me new ways of medatating
Okay..I have no idea what you were trying to say on the first "paragraph", but basically when I meditate I just go outside and quiet my mind and concentrate on just one problem until I think of a way to fix it, or I don't concentrate on anything at all... I consider Tai Chi a very effective form of meditation as well.
Hmm, well when one meditates, the chatter of the mind quietens down and allows for greater concentration and focus. This may have allowed you to focus more on your matches and go with the flow as opposed to consciously thinking through what you will do. This may have provided some form of advantage.
