    Hey guys,

Back to the gym wednesday, woot. I plan to get healthier but i don't care for losing weight, i want to lose inches. I.e, i want my waist down from 38, to 34, my chest is 48 (man boobs) so, i err, for evaluation purposes, need to know what parts of my body i should measure.

Obviously, my waist is a good place to measure... Any body charts floating about, showing me diagrams of where i should measure?

Measure where-ever you want to lose fat

Although losing weight will correlate extremely well with losing inches off your waist.

On page 18 of this guide from Hooah 4 Health you can find 'Standard Methods for Determining Body Fat Using Body Circumferences, Height and Weight' (it's a .pdf).

I've never had the patience to take all those measurements, myself, and I think you really need a second person to hold the tapemeasure while you contort yourself appropriately, but I thought you might find it helpful or, at the very least, somewhat interesting.
