Anyone train this method? Wanted to know if they have and found it effective or not? are there better routines?
Do you mean Mark Lauren? He seems to be seriously montising basic calesthenic progressions so I wouldn't be spending any money on this. My first look into progressive calistehnics started with Convict Conditioning, I would really recommend fitness666 which used to be start bodyweight as a free alternative about a blogger. Great progression system for beginners. A year ago I couldn't do hand stand push ups. I can now do them assisted!
