I would love to train with Pat for this except that:
a) I dont practice any FMA's
b) Ive drunk so much beer and eaten so much popcorn that Im feeling full and sickly
c) I dont want to get beaten to a bloody pulp

 

Yup ill help, after the Europeans in June though, dont want to be to hurt for them

Ill add maybe 20 seconds to that, so will make 37 seconds of training for pat so far

Tell you what, I will pose another question then.....

Who would like to be live in babysitter for 8 months then? I'll train with Pat, but obviously because I would have to nurse wounds every night I will not be able to pickup or cuddle the children and cooking would deffinately go out the window, as my arms would be busted to buggery.

I don't do ironing anyway, so I would not make you do that, we can incorperate that into Pat's training somehow .
