    Also without pillow hold you can't do the Bas Rutten neck crank.

    JUDO CLUB

    Hey everyone.
    Just wanted to stop by and share my dojo with you guys.

    I am a judokan at OBUKAN judo in portland oregon. If your in the area stop by and check it out.

    Ichinoi sensei is the chief instructor who replaced sensei onchi after he passed away 2 years ago.

    Here is a video of obukan in there old dojo. There new dojo is finaly complete and will have video's soon..
