Lifting tracker/logger

    I've been using JeFit for years to track my lifts and so I don't lose count of which set I'm on - I end up entering a summary into my master spreadsheet (I know geek is on).

    All the other trackers I use I'm able to set up IFTTT or other ways to add it all in, then I can track my over all load, and comment on asthma issue occurring. It all helps keep my asthma in control, and plan phased volume and intensity around certain parts of the year.

    What trackers do you all use, in particular are there any favoured lifting trackers/planners you use?
