So I recently enlisted and I'm due to ship July 20th for MCRD San Diego. Right now I'm working out every other day including thursdays at the recruiter station doing PT with my soon to be fellow Marines. But at home I'm lucky to have a mile course going around a pretty big duck pond so I use that for running and some circuit training (stopping at the end of the 2 mile run to walk from bench to bench and doing pushups, crunches, lunges, jumping squats, sun gods/small arm circles). I try to swim when I get the chance but when I'm home I lift doing double 35 lb kettlebells. What I really want are some fresh and fast based workouts with the 'bell that'll really burn me out all over so I can improve on my overall strength tests (Crunches, pullups, timed 1.5 mile run) Any 'bell throwers wanna offer some advice/tips?
