I do them because i took ballet when i was a kid and we were taught to, plus its good exercise, I stretch a few minutes in the morning. I understand martial artists do it to help them with high kicks? i just do it for the exercise.
This is absolutely ridiculous. You understand martial artists do them to help with high kicks. Is that the best you can do? This is a martial arts forum and all you can do is type something that says, "I do stretching exercises." Sorry, but that is not enough. Thread closed pending MOD discussion.
