I came across this video of kurash (Tatar belt wrestling). It has a bit of history and what is happening now and some sadly short, but really nice, old video clips of people in furry hats throwing each other around. It appears to be stand up only, no ground work, and they focus on "big" throws, a bit like judo and greco.
