Yea its kinda like an addicting drug. In just one month I have so much more energy, I feel better. Why didn't I do this earlier.
Just getting back into practicing now, after 9 or so years, that is a question I have been asking myself quite often
Hello, I'm Brandon from Texas, currently a Red belt with a brown stripe. I currently train under KJN Phillip Sage in Abilene and I'm studying/training all the time in Kuk Sool while attending 6-7 classes a week. I'm also beginning to start training in instruction and hope to be a great KSW instructor one day. I hope to answer as many questions as I can about Kuk Sool in this forum especially as I rise through the ranks and learn more about this immense martial art.
New Member Hello everyone. I'm new to this... can anyone point me in the right direction to some interesting posts?
