Starting Strength is a great program, but like any you do need to stick with it!
Today was more weights-based play than serious training.
squat: 50, 60, then 70kg 3x10
bench 1x10 @ 3x10
2x10 single arm dumbell overhead press @ 15kg
I've become convinced by this:
so today is squat day, meaning:
5x5 squat @ 90kg
jumped rope for a bit
