Hi Looking to brush up my kickboxing again - I'm looking for a club with drills, pads and LIGHT sparring that I could drop in and out of in the area (which is Alton, Basingstoke, Winchester, Farnham ish) I've done quite a bit in the past, so I'm looking for somewhere that would get me sparring again almost straight away (hence the light emphasis), and I'm not looking for a trad art like tkd where half the class is forms. Something like a club that does a lot of light continuous comps would be perfect. Not sure I want to start up properly again, but would like to knock some of the rust off. Any suggestions?
My instructor does a kickboxing session in farnham on friday night. It's bag & pad work, and sparring for those who want it. other than that, i'm drawing a blank on kickboxing near me!
Thanks - unfortunately that will clash with my bjj - and my ineptness at that is overpowering There's a couple of thai places but I want to light cont. really
