Kick Bags, whats in yours?

    Interested to find out, who has what in their kick bag.

    I am currently refilling a few of our bags, and cant quite get the right result.

    Either to soft, to solid, or to light.

    So what you got in yours?

    Ha ha h aa haha haa, I've got half a highland cattle hung up on a hook in the corner next to the speed bag. Soon as u's start to kick it.... dun, da da dun da da dun... (rocky rocky) music starts to play

    Have you thought of trying mung beans?? failing that, rags are generally to go arent they, though packing them evenly is a bit of a hassle..

    I was looking in mine only the other day - it's lined with a tube of fairly dense foam (that stuff that has different coloured squares of foam grafted together, if you get my drift) and is then tightly packed with shredded cotton rags. The result is a solid and firm bag, but still not too hard.
