has anybody actually tried it? i was browsing another forum when somebody "claimed" it's effectiveness. it's also known as "attackproof" and since i dont' know if it's allowed to post a link to the site, you can just google for it, it's the first site that's going to come up if you search for ki chuan do. the videos you can download also look um... err... choreographed. the site claims that it is- "the ultimate martial art for maximum self defense" i'm always skeptical about any martial art that claims that it is the "best"/"ultimate"/"all you ever need to know" - anybody here who actually practices it?
