Hi All, Been a very long time since I've been on the forum and even longer since I've done any kind of martial art. As I'm moving down to Brighton in September I am hoping to sort out my fitness by getting back into some kind martial art. I've previously trained at 3D Muay Thai in Reading but whilst the sport itself was great the coach was not pleasant. However leaving that behind I've found a gym in Brighton http://www.kenshiro.co.uk . I was wondering if anyone trains here or had heard anything about the gym. Cheers
