Committing to techniques/engagement - as if to kill? Isn't that what we should all being doing as martial artists? The Japanese have an expression "Ko-Bo-Ittai" or attack and deffence are one, meaning that if you have to defend yourself, make sure that you have an "attacking" attitude about it. Your attacker is your victim rather than the other way round. Gary
