Kash "The Flash" Gill comes to town.

On the 28th of April 2002 Elite Karate will be hosting a Thai/Kickboxing seminar which will be taught by 4 times World Thai/Kickboxing Champion Kash "the flash" Gill from Birmingham England.

The course will be held in Larkhall Leisure Centre from 12 noon till 3pm.

The course will cover all aspects of Thai and Kickboxing, from Counter Punching, Counter Kicking, Footwork, Ring craft, Defence drills and Attack drills.

The course will be of benefit to all styles of Martial arts from beginner to advanced, so why not take this once in a lifetime chance to train with one of the most exciting fighters of our time, who has fought all over the world, from Thailand to Australia.
