I have decided to document my training. I am 38 years old and just started a new studio last week. I have minimal experience in boxing but have worked out all my life. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9:00 AM TO 10:30 AM MMA SPEED TRAINING /COORDINATION Using the Martial Motion Trainer Video deleted, as it breaks the forum rules on language. 11:00 AM TO 11:30AM 3x's NON STOP SUPERSETs 20 CURLS 20 BENCH PRESSES 10 LAYING BACKARM PRESSES 10 CLOSE GRIP BENCH PRESSES 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM 9 ROUNDS OF KICKBOXING CIRCUIT TRAINING ROUNDS 1-2: Dumb Bells, Kettle Bells, Medicine Balls, Jump Ropes, and other equipment to build strength and stamina. ROUNDS 3-8: Heavy Bags to build power, double end bags to increase hand eye coordination and timing, and speed bags to develop shoulder conditioning and speed. ROUND 9 : Core training Each round is 3 minutes with 30 second burnout ( which I do 14 count burpies). 6:00 PM TO 8:30PM MMA TECHNIQUE TRAINING\SPARRING

BACKYARD TRAINING I just got my own Martial Motion Trainer for the backyard, when I am bored I can come out here and practice. I love it!
