    How much time do you spend weekly training your FMA?

    How long have you been practicing FMA?

    How do you think its helped you personally?

    Do you do weight training alongside, how do you think it help your fma, what are your goals with the weight training?

    Im just curious, and considering taking up fma seriously, but want to know everyone elses experience and how they are finding their journeys.

    I train kali only on a casual basis. It does not form me as a person at all. I train Karate and MMA 5 days a week. I weight train 4, and run 3. I believe It is my personality that forms my Martial arts and not the opposite. My end goals are to live to be a burden to my kids. :) I know that You were asking about FMA but thought I would weigh in anyway.

    A minimum of 8 hours a week often more but I'm slowing down lol. Use to train 4 to 6 hours a day for 6 days a week.

    Been training over 35 years.

    Weight training I don't do but it can help if you are specific.

    It's helped be in many a scrape.
