well got back to karate 2 weeks ago after out for 2 months with my arthritis but am doing ok bud Rusty now but the lovely higher belts are helping me

Welcome back, and couldn't help but notice the other thread was titled Wild Woman and Booze, and not Wild Women and Booze. I suppose one can be more than enough for some people.
