Apologies for the lack of updates as of late. I haven't been able to train because of discomfort in my ribs due to an injury sustained during sparring. I believe that they could be cracked.
I haven't trained in a long time. I fell into deep cycle of depression and substance abuse for over a year. Now I'm coming out strong on the other side, and going back to training tonight. I'm back.
I went back to training last night. It was a smaller class, as the main instructor is currently in Japan. 1730 - 1900: Karate Training - Warm-up - Stretching - Two-person leg stretch - Basics (Blocks, kicks, hand strikes) - Partner pad work with combinations It was a pretty basic class, but it feels great to be training again. The hardest part was getting myself back.
