Is there a restriction on Thanks Post?

I can't seem to use the Thanks function. Has that been restricted recently?

 

Nope, I just used it.

 

Well, it was saying I had insufficient access to do so. I have no idea why that's been happening.

 

You clearly have not been thanking my posts enough, that's why.

 

It seems to be working now.

 

I've noticed that in some threads the Thanks button doesn't work for me. It's a rare occurrence, but it's happened enough times that it is noticeable.

 

It happens to me sometimes. Also, the "multi-quote" disappears on me
