iron body kung fu

    when doing different iron kung fu like iron forearm and shin for example, is it better to hit until you have a lot of bruising, or right under bruising where it still hurts.

    Deeper heavier impact will make bones stronger than light impact many times right?

    Just keep hitting until you can hit no more. Ignore the bruising or even blood. Hit as hard as you can. Use a tool. Food can would be ideal

    Earlier someone here at MAP pointed out that he was posting using his real name and as such he was easily traceable and would be forever linked to all the lame crap he's posted here.... lol... just after he ran out and changed his user name from his real name of Journey Barber to his current user name Iammartialarts. :p

    Yep, also do iron head. Running into walls head first can build up your ability to take blows.:)
