Just got back from the first ever ITA Irish Cup in Limerick. It was a great tournament with competitors from England, Scotland and Poland. I had a great time and won silver in patterns and bronze in sparring - all on my birthday! I dunno if any MAPers went but it was a really well run competition, with the juniors competing tomorrow.
