"internaly rotated humeri" i have it  how do i fix it?

Will correct correcting my anterior tilt and head forward posture sort it out. I Know the latts and pecs internally rotate the shoulder so i do scapular wall slides and rotator cuff, and stretch my pecs, latts upper traps.

What do I do for the internally rotated humeri?

Aswell as reading whatever info is given in the links up there, I'd emphasise that it's good to do myofascial release/massage, even to yourself, of any of the following muscles that seem tight or knotted - pec minor, pec major, anterior delt. There can be other muscles causing trouble but those are the main ones that I find anyway. The pec minor in particular is the one that I usually have to look out for most, but everyone's different.
