I was trying out some wrist locks, and my friend got me in a wrist lock, but i think he hyper-extended it because it still hurts two days later. It clicks if i stretch it. Any advice what i can do to get it back to normal?
I have the habit of jamming my wrists when I reach out to intercept kicks that I shouldn't be blocking. What I do is to give it a few days off, and then do light weight wrist exercises to improve flexibility. My wrists heal a lot faster if I give them some light work.
