Hey everyone, just wondering what MA is best for me.

I broke my tibial plateu (top of the tibia just under the knee) of my left leg, about 10 months ago, and i'm kinda still a bit wobbly when trying to do kicks, etc.

There are no MA dojos, etc. near me as i live in a rural community. I was wondering if anyone could help me with training tips, excercises i could do to benefit me and my love for MA.

Hello Bundybear. Do they have you in a rehabilitation class for your knee? Just keep working with those exersizes they give you. Get that injury handled first and foremost, you dont want to jump into anything and injure it worse than it already is. If you must throw kicks, use your injured leg as your base leg. Get some glucosamine and chondroiton, this may help you rehab faster as well. Fish oil is another good one to add to the list. But just take your time. Get on exersize bikes, they help out alot to strengthen that area.
