You would think for the Olympics, more of the athletes would become famous. But I cant seem to find any info on any of the fighters male and female, or any weight, who represented Britain in the 2000 and 2004 Olympic Taekwon-Do. I post this in General, because, you dont have to be a TKD practitioner to take an interest in your countrys athletes and I'm hoping anybody has any info. Cheers guys.
Sorry, I haven't got any info. But I do agree with you... the amount of media coverage of athletes going to the Olympics is shockingly lacking. It seems that info never gets any media time. Only if they win Olympic gold do they get any coverage and even then it's scant. :bang:
The BOA has them listed here. Although oddly under that page it doesn't have Sarah Bainbridge listed as being in the Athens squad. But she then gets here own page here. Not sure why that is.
