I had the chance to photo a seminar by Ian Freeman given last weekend at Quannum Gym in Oldham, which was a joint seminar open to anybody, and a training session of the English M1-Global team who compete next month in Holland. Quannum Gym is owned by the Butlin Twins, Ian and Dave who were also featured this week on the Bravo on Danny Dyers' "Britains most dangerous" programe. Freeman is perhaps the most experienced UK MMA fighter who fought for the UFC, 6 times and handed Frank Mir his first defeat at UFC 38 in similar fashion to Brock Lesnar did recently, his last fight he came out of retirement to completely dominate Paul Cahoon one of the UK's most promising light heavyweights. Ian is a very good instructor and i learnt loads just viewing from the sidelines while taking photos.
