Hellow Everyone Just spreading my good news. it's been a While since i've post. On March 5th I steped back in the Cadge this Time for the EFC Light Weight Championship Belt. I won the Fight with an Armlock at 1:55 seconds in the 1st Round Bringing My MMA Record to 3-0. I also turned 29 on the 17th. 2004 is a good year so far.

Keep us posted on your matches as they come about. How often do you MMA guys "rassle"? Also, are there any matches involving women competitors? For real....

I have Been A Member Of Team Horizon & Denz Dungeon I Trained out Of Horizon Martial Arts For 6 Years it is A FMA School That has allso had Ju Jitsu ,JKD & Karate & Grappling Instructors Denz Dungeon Was Jeff Denz ,My Self,The Peg Brothers , Thomas Canseco Lee Krol, Hammer , Randy(6"10 285 Pounds) Zak, This Was an attic With Wrestling Mats at This Point it looks like the Team Will be no more as Everyone is move on.
