do any of you, use hypnosis to improve you technique? I was looking at these, and i didnt know how well it worked.
I've seen subliminal tapes offered online on sites such as this one http://www.webwzrd.com/motivation/martial_arts.htm ... never tried using hypnosis or subliminal tapes and not sure whether they work or not really. Would be cool if this does really work to remember, learn and perfectly perform all of the 24 TKD patterns.
An awful lot of people swear that hypnosis works. Personally I think its one of those things where if you think it will work, it will. I'd love to blow 50 bucks or whatever it costs to try it.
i use hypnosis all the time. but i dont use taps,cds, i go to my friend, who is also a hypnotist like myself. but i have to get him to make the changes i feel i need after vidioing my self, and seeing what needs to be changed to make me a true master,, i run a school on this here in perth australia,, 6 weeks 6 hypnos should do it,, good luck and hope it helps,email if you wanto talk,
I've seen hypnosis used for silly parlour tricks, and have heard of it being used in psychology and such. But don't know that i've ever heard of it being used to get better technique.
