anyone els having trouble getting a decent breathing pattern when doing lots (read quick) of push ups? Plenty of ex-forces folk here I'd guess they'll be the reisident push up kings.
Well, since I no longer do push ups because I've done so many of them, looking back I would have to say the number that I could do would depend on who was making me do them and why! Maybe "making" is a little harsh...suggesting would probably be better...it would all depend on who was suggesting that I get down and do pushups of my own volition and why. There, that sounds a little better. And then after all of those "start overs-" I lost count anyways.
