That video clip is the kid from the Real ultimate Power website, doing his demonstration of "ninja skills". The starwars stuff was not made by him, only the orginal video clip. If you search real ultimate power website, you should find that entire video of him with the staff. Although, why would you want to? Heh.
I think this is one of those things that nobody will ever really know its one of the greatest online myths of all time lol. Although it did appear he was trying to edit himself into a movie clip, as he was using the green screen principle in the backround.
