Hi all. I haven't browsed the forum for quite a while. Nor have I trained for over a year. I'm now pregnant with baby number 3. My question is, since the nearest classes is an hour and a half away and a logistical nightmare (though what an awesome class) is there any specific DVDs I can get to help me restart my training after baby 3. I don't want to teach myself as such. Just something for instructional and workout purposes that could help me bring myself back to fitness and keep me doing what I love. It's been so long, I almost feel like I'm missing a limb.
Kia Ora Gemtkd and welcome back. I hope Whakatane has been treating you well. I'm surprised to hear though that there still isn't an ITF club (yet alone any Taekwondo club) in Whakatane (although it is a small town). There is plenty of good material on youtube. Are you with ITFNZ now?
Also I found this dictionary of sport clubs in Whakatane, there does appear to be a Taekwondo club in Whakatane although I don't know what their associations are. http://www.whakatane.info/business/sports-clubs-societies
I think they're wtf. Yeah was with itfnz for a bit when I arrived, haven't trained since the camp April last year though. Whakatanes good, very quiet. Bought a lovely little house and kids love it here.
