17/1/14 Morning Yoga Feeling a bit broken today and was nice for a bit of recovery. Lunch Private BJJ session (comp in a few weeks do putting a bit more time into it) Concentrating on passing guards technique and defence passing guard. Afternoon until the early hours Helping building redecorate kitchen, building units etc.
18/1/14 Morning open mat Rolling only, got a couple of better positions after yesterday's private session. Afternoon Hike, up to nearby Bronze Age ruins
19/1/14 Yesterday was spent building more kitchen stuff so no extra workout 20/1/14 Morning run Evening workout (missed BJJ due to work - gutted) 5 rounds of: 10x 24kg Kettlebell swing 10x push-up 10x sit-up 10x squat (bodyweight) 10x 16kg kettlebell snatch (right) 10x 16kg kettlebell snatch (left) 30s rest I between rounds spent in a stretch (forward bend, reverse tabletop, plank, leg raise hold)

22/1/14 Conference/exhibition in London so late home, managed to fit in 100x 16kg kettlebell swing 22/1/14 Morning 4k run Evening BJJ Felt gassed but performance seemed fine, comp coming up in a couple of weeks so trying to loose a bit of weight & don't quite feel 100% strong..

Also ran through applications of arm bars standing,in clinch & grappling..
