    Mike Reeves did it! He broke his Guinness World Record by breaking 415 boards in 60 seconds at the US Open on July 6th!

    Master F. Camareno in his first World Record of breaking 310 bricks in 60 seconds with one hand. This was on August 2004. Next March 12 2007 he is going to attempt break his own record in Puerto Rico.

    seikido New Member has videos of ITF patterns in two angles. It's in German, but you don't need to speak German to get some use out of the site, or find/watch the videos.

    This site has downloadable videos of the Taeguek patterns, as well as still images of each technique. Also has photo shots of the basic techniques found in TKD.
