Another newbie here, There are so many MA forums on the net, but I found this one after many, various keyword searches. I look forward to talking with, and learning from everyone here. I started training when I was 20 yrs old and have a background in Tang Soo Do, a little Kenpo, and currently, JKD. At 36 years old, I'm currently dealing with some shoulder issues, and it has me a little discouraged, but I'm trying to stay positive and avoid surgery through good conditioning. Any advice would be greatly appreciated if you have dealt with shoulder problems. Dan
