head conditioning

    1) Repeatedly slam your head into a large bucket of rocks.

    2) When you are ready replace the rocks with sand, repeat.

    3) Let me know what happens!

    You learn quickly, grasshopper.

    As any doctor will tell you, repeated blows to the head will cause brain trama. Brain cells have a somewhat unique characteristic, in that, they do not regenerate. Unlike other cells in the body, a person is born with all the brain cells they will ever have.

    The most you can do is callous your skin. This would probably make a slight difference in cushioning a blow, but if the striking object is of dense material, it will not be a significant difference.

    Better use of time and training would be to learn defensive tactics to protect the head. The best defense is not to be there, so get the head out of the way.

    If you still insist, go find some of those guys that "develop" there hands by striking into hot pots of rocks and sand. They have "powerful" hands, but they can bearly move them. Translate that to your brain.
