"Hazards" of women + weights

    Considering she's lifting more weight than some guys I've seen and the fact that she's lifting at all....nm. :bang:

    What's your point. Obviously steel is denser than rice. You don't see cats bloody well lifting bags or rice at the gym, do you? I'm saying, the plates look small, and if they are the same density as the steel I lift at the gym, they are pretty light.

    This should clarify any further questions. She's using Olympic lifting plates, which are the same diameter as standard 45's, but may or may not, weigh less. However, let's not forget that she has lifted a double-bodyweight Clean & Jerk in competition. So, her strength is not under question.

    Now i just need to convince the ladies at the gym to do this workout instead of all that time on the steppers and i'll never miss a session

    My old gym had those plates... no wonder it was so expensive!

    Boy I wish I had a physique like that! :rolleyes: I think she looks good but I would not take it farther than that.
