I think being in New Zealand, we beat the rest of you to it. Slainte to all 'o yer! Have a Guiness (or a San Mig) for me! (as I've had several already...) (Not looking forward to 2 kali classes tomorrow morning though...)
pat o'malley has been sainted? he would be the patron of beer and swollen hands then... seroiusly, happy st. pat's day folks! time for guiness and jameson or this:
St Pat O? Surely the other side has him! I like the drink Shootodog, but I suspect I will get very unwell if I have one. I sounds like what we call a depth-charge over here. You put a shot of Drambuie into a beer and consume. Then - BAM! Do you colour the San Mig green on St Pat's day in the PI?
i suppose when lucy's around it's called an irish car bomb. actually, any hard drink placed in a shot glass then dropped in beer is called a depth charge or a sub. some are nastier than others. will try that one tonight. actually st. patrick's day isn't big over here. blame it on the small irish community or not being colonised by the british...
Nice name, but I wouldn't call it that in Belfast... I thought the Brit's did try for a short time. Anyway, the Irish would never colonise anyone, they'd just set up bars there...
Happy Paddy's day everyone, I will be downing a few tonight, it's tradition and who am I to go against tradition Yes you are right, sometimes I do belong to the "Dark Side" but the force is strong and the beer is even stronger Best regards St. Pat
happy st pats day to everyone!! I hope your feet arn't as blistered as mine from all the dancing!! The tradition has been going on all week - starting last sunday dancing in the snow - on a float for huddersfield st pats day parade!! Everyone keep up the celebrations!! regards rebecca

All was well in Auckland until I tried Shootodog's damn drink I managed to haul my unwell butt to training the next day, but somehow the sticks sounded very loud during siniwali drills...
Serious hangover on Saturday morning, but this made the workshop go really well as I could not be bothered doing all the fancy stuff, just got down to the nitty gritty and inflicted some serious pain You gotta love Paddy's day for bringing out the best in your fighters. Best regards Pat
